Happy Tuesday, Sarasota!
Hopefully the fathers out there enjoyed their day. I got to play a round of golf with my dad but couldn’t bring myself to let him win even though it was Fathers Day. Was that wrong?

Longboat Key’s $35M Bayfront Gem
This Venetian-style estate on Longboat Key is listed at $35 million and sits on over 1.2 acres of prime bayfront property. The home stretches more than 19,000 square feet and features 6 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a movie theater, a two-level library, a wine room, a home gym, and a resort-style pool.
The property represents the most expensive listing in Sarasota history.

🔦 Spotlight: Classico Italian Chophouse
I stopped into Classico this Saturday while walking around after the farmer’s market.
It calls itself an “Italian chophouse,” which basically means you’ll find a mix of Italian staples and American classics. The vibe matches that blend — there’s a piano in the corner, but also plenty of TVs at the bar if you’re just looking to hang out.
The menu is big, with some variation depending on whether you’re there for lunch, brunch, or dinner, so there’s plenty to keep regulars coming back.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or meeting friends for dinner, Classico is a good bet. The service was great, the space is comfortable, and the food hits the mark.
